The Opportunity:

Seeking an experienced Specialist, HR Operations who will overlook HR functions related to several global operations including onboarding, offboarding, employment relations, employee support, and day-to-day interactions with customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a natural self-starter, and be able to adapt to our ever-evolving software as we develop it to provide a best-in-class platform for our customers. This role will ensure all local regulatory and compliance procedures are performed correctly and accurately.


Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring seamless management of all employment-related needs

● Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

● Support benefits administration and multi-country payroll operations..

● Proactively resolve employment, payroll and benefits-related inquiries with accuracy and care.

● Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience.

● Continuously assess and improve operational processes and systems to drive efficiency and scalability.

Great Candidates will have:

● 3+ years in an HR role within a SaaS startup or the fintech industry

● Experience with HR generalist functions in Canada and international experience a plus

● Demonstrated expertise in driving customer success through strategic relationship building and exceptional account management

● Deep expertise with employee onboarding and offboarding policies and procedures

● Detail oriented and able to work independently with little supervision, as well as working effectively in a team environment

● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

● Hands-on, can-do mentality, comfortable in fast-paced environments
