Job Description
Position Overview:
As an HVAC Subcontractor, you'll perform residential installations of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and tankless systems. You'll represent Polaron Home Comfort on-site, ensuring every job meets our quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.
Responsibilities
:
- Complete HVAC installations in accordance with manufacturer specifications, Ontario Building Code, and TSSA/ESA regulations.
- Ensure work is performed safely, neatly, and efficiently — with no damage to customer property.
- Maintain strong communication with the operations team for scheduling, job updates, and QA checks.
- Submit all required photos, serial numbers, and completion documents through the assigned system.
- Provide excellent customer service and professionalism at every visit.

- Compliance – all subcontractors must hold valid TSSA registration, liability insurance, and WSIB clearance.
- Documentation – proper completion of all job photos, permits, and reports before payment release.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Valid G2 or G1 Gas Technician license and ODP certification.
- Own tools, vehicle, and valid driver's license.
- Liability insurance ($2M minimum) and WSIB clearance certificate.
