What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation of the Fiix CMMS
- Enable clients to effectively utilize technology and deploy solutions to enhance user adoption
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and configure the CMMS accordingly
- Develop and deliver tailored training programs, including client-specific materials
- Record project progress and maintain documentation in a centralized repository
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Ability to travel 40% of the time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in managing software implementations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in a software implementation role
- Experience with SaaS or CMMS software
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
- Background in the Maintenance and Reliability industry
- Experience in project management leading software implementations
