Summary:<br><br>Tsubaki of Canada Ltd. is looking for a detail-orientated and customer service-driven inside sales representative. Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling a large volume of emails and calls every day.<br>
Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales the primary role of the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is to position Tsubaki as the service leader by:<ul><li>Exceeding customer expectations.</li><li>Providing professional point-of-service contacts.</li><li>Following through on all customer requests including but not limited to:<ul><li>Quotes.</li><li>Order Acknowledgements.</li><li>Follow-ups and Escalations.</li></ul></li><li>Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Effectively managing priorities, and deadlines and achieving response time objectives.</li><li>Contributing to a positive culture.</li><li>Duties and responsibilities may change as required.</li></ul>
<br>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>The ability to work well with all departments within the company, internal and external customers.</li><li>Proactively probe for target information.</li><li>Work alongside District Sales Managers in order to help tend to all customers' needs.</li><li>Achieve department Quality Key Performance Indicator Errors Per Thousand. (EPT).</li><li>Adhere to Cost-estimating tools to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the cost-estimating process.</li><li>Analyze and price out drawings, renderings, and other documentation ensuring accuracy, profitability, and time sensitivity are the highest priority.</li><li>Ensure the highest level of attention to detail when undertaking any task.</li><li>Ensuring a high level of professionalism is adhered to when communicating with customers. (external and internal).</li><li>Ensure there is always written documentation when following through with verbal communication.</li><li>Achieve department Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Quote Response Time (QRT), Average Daily Orders, Average Daily Calls, Open Messages & Categorization Rate.</li><li>Ability to take control of a situation, gather all pertinent information, and communicate with other departments in order to have the customers' requirements adhered to in a high-paced fashion.</li><li>Follow up on outstanding requests in a timely manner.</li><li>Provide immediate service to DSM's by keeping a clear line of communication between ISR - DSM at all times.</li></ul>

Education/Experience:<ul><li>College diploma or 3 years of relevant Inside Sales or Customer Service experience.</li><li>Commercial or business math - the ability to calculate ratios, discounts, margins, etc.</li><li>Mechanical aptitude & technical acuity.</li><li>Drawing interpretation and/or blueprint reading.</li><li>Ability to analyze opportunities and offer appropriate technical & commercial solutions and/or alternatives.</li><li>High attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize tasks, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.</li><li>Ability to maintain a calm professional and confident phone manner.</li></ul>About Tsubaki of Canada Ltd.:<br><p>Since 1973, the Canadian market has trusted Tsubaki of Canada Limited, a division of Japan's Tsubakimoto Chain Co., to keep it moving smoothly.
