What You Will Do With Us We are currently looking for a Inside Sales Representative based in the Rexel Utility - Newmarket. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for completing the order process, which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins and sourcing of additional products.  He/she is responsible for assisting with RFP responses as well as preparing small order quotes on contracting jobs; offering product knowledge to customers and liaising with suppliers to expedit orders in a quick and effective manner. How You Will Thrive With Us * Directly servicing the customer via phone, emails & counter sales * Processing orders, inquiries & quotations * Maintaining a high level of customer service * Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives * Picking, receiving and shipping duties when required * Expediting of quotations including follow-up of customer requests. * Work closely with the outside sales and Technical personnel across the organization to support customers and grow the knowledge base. * Responsible for exploring new customer opportunities. * You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected. Who Are You * Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written and an ability to impart knowledge * 2 years inside sales experience. * A minimum of 3-5 years of electrical experience is required * Knowledge of transformer accuracy classes and applications is an asset. * Good organizational skills * A Certified Engineering Technician (CET) designation or equivalent will be considered an asset. * Computer literacy – proficient with all Microsoft Office and familiar with the AS400 * You have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude * You have strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills * You have prior quotations experience in a similar industry   What We Offer * Our employees enjoy a positive work-life balance while thriving in an environment that is ever-changing and motivated by new and exciting challenges. * We offer competitive compensation, a series of benefit options and pension packages, and the opportunity for success and growth across the organization. * We provide equal employment opportunities for all applicants.
