Full-Time | $40,000–$70,000/year (base + commission)

At Gillian Sims Insurance Agency, we’re looking for a vibrant, driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing, friendly team. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with new and existing clients to understand their needs and offer personalized insurance solutions
- Generating leads, setting appointments, and following up on opportunities (you’re good with a phone and better in person)
- Delivering exceptional service that keeps clients coming back
- Collaborating with our team and agency owner to hit exciting goals—and celebrating when you do
What You Bring to the Table:
- You’re outgoing, confident, and love helping people
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a fast-paced team environment
- Great listener, strong communicator—both in writing and face-to-face
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated—you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Open to learning and growing in the insurance field
- Insurance license a plus (but we’ll help the right candidate get licensed)
