We are a global organization focused on working together with a team spirit.</p><p>Your boarding pass will include…</p><p>Several conferences, including:</p><ul><li>Meet An Executive</li><li>Women Taking Flight</li></ul><p>Learning more about Bombardier, including:</p><ul><li>Bombardier Products conference</li><li>Visits of the Bombardier sites</li><li>Bombardier Academy of Learning</li></ul><p>Many social/networking opportunities, including:</p><ul><li>Volunteering</li><li>Networking for Success</li><li>5 à 7, Potluck, and much more</li></ul><h3>What are your contributions to the team?</h3><ul><li>Organize and coordinate educational events, including company visits and activities to raise awareness of aviation-related professions.</li><li>Create communication materials to promote initiatives to students and teachers</li><li>Manage event logistics, including bookings, invitations and promotional material</li><li>Monitor and analyze the impact of events, collecting data on student participation and feedback</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (Human Resources, Marketing, Operations) to ensure consistency and strategic alignment of educational initiatives</li><li>Support recruitment initiatives by facilitating the involvement of young talent in our internship and work-study programs</li></ul><h3>How to thrive in this role?</h3><ul><li>You are enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication</li><li>You are meticulous and have a rigorous work ethic</li><li>You are organized: able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, manage several tasks simultaneously</li><li>You are autonomous and proactive</li><li>You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365</li><li>You have excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both official languages (English and French)</li><li>You have good interpersonal skills: ability to work as part of a team and to be professional in stressful situations</li></ul><p>Boarding Information:</p><ul><li>Location: Administrative Centre (CA)</li><li>Duration: 4 months</li><li>Flexible workplace-Hybrid</li></ul><p><em>It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates.
