Our client is a North American leader in LED and installation solutions, with a dedicated team of over 300 professionals. They are looking for a Logistics Associate, who can help support their operations team. Location: Oakville, ON Wage: $18.50/hour (plus 4% vacation pay is added on top, brining it up to $19.24/hour) Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM In this role, you will be responsible for validating inventory, coordinating hardware logistics, managing multi-supplier kitting, and configuring/testing video controllers for shipment or deployment. You will also maintain inventory tracking systems, document hardware movements, generate reports, and support warehouse operations and configuration management. Duties could include: - Validate and inspect incoming inventory for readiness and accuracy - Coordinate hardware logistics and manage multi-supplier kitting workflows - Configure, stage, and test video controllers and related hardware for deployment or shipment - Maintain inventory tracking systems to ensure accuracy and traceability - Document hardware movements and generate inventory/configuration reports - Support warehouse operations, labeling, and compliance with configuration management standards - Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor Ideal candidates will have: - Minimum 2 years of related experience in logistics, inventory, or technical operations - Strong organizational and communication skills - Technical aptitude with AV hardware - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Physically able to lift up to 50lbs INTERESTED?
