<b>About the Role</b><b><br></b>
We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated <b>IT Support Technicians</b> to join the global technology delivery team for the largest sporting tournament in the world. This is a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work behind the scenes of a major international event, ensuring mission-critical technology operates flawlessly in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.<br>

You will be part of an international team providing <b>on-site IT support at BC Place</b> for a historic global sporting event in 2026. This role is ideal for current students and recent graduates eager to launch their careers with hands-on, real-world experience.<br>
<br>
<b>Key Responsibilities</b><b><br></b><ul><li>Provide on-site IT support for Lenovo hardware and associated technologies before, during, and after the tournament.<br></li><li>Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, peripherals, and end-user devices.<br></li><li>Perform break/fix troubleshooting quickly and efficiently under time-critical conditions.<br></li><li>Support event operations teams and technical staff with professionalism.<br></li><li>Follow defined incident, escalation, and change management procedures.<br></li><li>Assist with pre-event setup, live event operations, and post-event activities.<br></li><li>Work collaboratively with international teams, vendors, and stakeholders.</li></ul><br><h3>Requirements</h3>
<b>Required Skills & Experience</b><b><br></b><ul><li>Foundational experience or strong academic background in IT support, desktop support, or a related field.<br></li><li>Understanding of Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and basic networking concepts.<br></li><li>Ability to perform hardware troubleshooting and resolve technical issues.<br></li><li>Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.<br></li><li>Comfortable working in busy, high-energy environments.<br></li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days.<br></li></ul>
