<p><b>Sales Development Manager (Hybrid – 2 days per week in our Markham office)</b></p>
<p>Quadient is looking for a <b>hands‑on, people‑first Sales Development Manager</b> to lead our NORAM SMB Financial Automation SDR team. This team drives qualified pipeline for Quadient’s <b>AP and AR automation solutions</b> across SMB and mid‑market segments through inbound, outbound, and account‑based strategies.</p>
<p>In this role, you’ll manage day‑to‑day execution, coach SDRs to peak performance, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure alignment on territory, campaign, and qualification strategy.</p>

<li>Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of SDRs supporting SMB and MM Financial Automation in NORAM</li>
<li>Drive execution across inbound, outbound, and ABM motions</li>
<li>Provide one‑on‑one coaching and development to help SDRs grow and achieve goals</li>
<li>Implement scalable personalization frameworks to enhance outreach effectiveness</li>
<li>Partner with Sales on territory alignment and opportunity management</li>
<li>Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Generation on campaigns and insights</li>
<li>Reinforce adoption of cadences, playbooks, and sales enablement tools</li>
<li>Leverage data and reporting to track activity, conversion, and pipeline performance</li>
<li>Partner with Global SDR Operations and AI Program Managers to ensure team readiness on new automation tools</li>
<li>Promote continuous learning and contribute to structured onboarding and training programs</li>
</ul>
<h3>Your profile</h3>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of B2B Sales Development experience</li>
<li>1–2+ years managing SDRs or team leads</li>
<li>Proven ability to coach and develop top‑performing teams</li>
<li>Strong process and operational discipline</li>
<li>Experience driving pipeline through outbound, inbound, and ABM programs</li>
<li>Skilled with tools like <b>Salesforce, Salesloft (or similar), LinkedIn Navigator, Orum, Gong</b>, and interested in <b>AI‑driven tools</b></li>
<li>Excellent communicator and collaborator</li>
<li>Experience in <b>SaaS, automation, or financial technology</b> is a plus</li>
<li>A passionate coach who loves helping people grow</li>
<li>Known for spotting potential, providing actionable feedback, and fostering career development</li>
<li>Process‑oriented, bringing consistency and structure to outreach, qualification, and follow‑up</li>
