About the Opportunity
Principle Projects Ltd. is seeking a focused and reliable Dedicated Safety Watch to perform crucial Spark Watch and Confined Space Monitor duties on major industrial construction projects (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power). This is an essential role for ensuring compliance and safety on site.

Core Responsibilities
Confined Space Monitoring: Maintain entry logs, monitor air quality, ensure ventilation, and coordinate emergency procedures as Attendant.
Spark/Fire Watch: Actively monitor all hot work (welding/grinding), ensure fire protection and equipment is ready, and perform the 30-minute post-work watch.
Compliance: Complete required permits, assist with hazard assessments, and maintain strict adherence to site safety protocol.
Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory Valid Safety Tickets:
Confined Space Entry & Monitor
Fire Watch (Spark Watch)
Key Assets:
Previous industrial safety watch experience.
CSTS-2020 or CSO, Standard First Aid, H2S Alive.
General:
Ability to meet site access requirements.
Must be reliable, attentive, and able to work outdoors in various conditions.
