Key Account Manager – Montreal, QC
Join ArdoVLM, a leading global supplier of frozen vegetables, fruit, and potatoes, as we continue to expand our market presence. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic retail team in Montreal, QC.
In this role, you will:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail customers.
Drive sales growth and profitability within assigned accounts.
Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans.
Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and implementation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.
Represent ArdoVLM at industry events and trade shows.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead bid processes, ensuring competitive pricing and successful contract negotiations.
Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
Manage the new product launch process, including timelines, budgets, and cross-functional team coordination.
Prepare and analyze regular performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure account profitability and service level agreements are met.
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and challenges.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of successful experience in account management.
Experience in the Food Industry, Manufacturing, and Private Label, a strong asset.
Experience leading teams an asset
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
English language fluency required.
