Labourer
Job Description
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, Labourers are responsible for supporting the Custom Cubes' factory projects. Labourers are knowledgeable in various trades and are versatile in their skillset. Passionate about organization and cleanliness, and in turn, customer satisfaction. They are skilled and careful, ensuring safe work practices are prioritized.Health and Safety is every employee's responsibility. All employees are required to follow Custom Cubes' safety standards and carry out all tasks with a safety-focused attitude and behaviours.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting carpenters and welders to improve factory efficiencies.
- Prep parts and materials.
- Final preparation of projects ready to be released.
- Keeping common work area and construction areas organized and tidy during construction, as needed.
- Working collaboratively with others to complete projects.
- Other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in working safely with a variety of power tools and welding equipment.
- 1 year of experience on job sites.
- General knowledge and gained from experience.
- Team-oriented and positive attitude.
- Ability to keep job site tidy and organized.
- Learning and growth mindset; willing to undergo training if necessary.
- Demonstrated effective verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to learn new skills quickly.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong attention to detail.
