Geller's is an award winning design, build and maintenance landscape company completing both residential and commercial work. While we specialize in luxury, resort style residential outdoor spaces, we complete projects both large and small in both residential and commercial sectors.

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring for Landscape Enhancement Team Member within our Landscape Maintenance Division. This role is a great segway into our larger construction projects, this person will help us create and maintain beautiful outdoor living spaces. Our ideal staff members will not only be skilled at their craft but enjoy using equipment on site, working with their hands in a physically demanding environment, and participating in a fun, engaging work experience.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in enhancement tasks, including:
• • Laying paving stones, concrete, and related materials
  • Manual excavation shoveling rock, soil, and other landscaping materials
  • Operating small-engine equipment like trimmers, lawnmowers, and concrete saws
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and trailers
• Lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Work efficiently in diverse weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, or dusty)
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute positively to the team
• Work safely with and around skid steers, excavators, and a variety of other heavy equipment

What We're Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to stand and work with your hands for extended periods
• Basic math skills and a cooperative team mindset
• Comfortable working weekends if needed (weather and schedule dependent)
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with access to reliable transportation
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Work Schedule:

• April to November (weather-dependent)
• Monday to Saturday: 10–12 hours/day, with occasional Saturday shifts
• Daily tool box meetings occur at 7800 Roblin Blvd, must have reliable transportation to Headingley MB
• Winter work is available but not required
• Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
