We specialize in landscape construction, and snow removal.   Currently, our dedicated and hardworking team is seeking new Landscape Construction Lead Hands and  Crew Members to join us, to support our crew in delivering high-quality landscaping projects.   Your tasks will include:   * Report to our shop in the morning to receive your work assignments * Travel with your crew to customer job sites * Receive work directions from the foreman and lead hand on site * Perform a variety of physical labor tasks to assist in the completion of landscape construction projects or maintaining existing landscape projects * Operate a variety of tools and equipment to carry out job tasks (chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, skid steers, excavators, etc.)   Working with Envision Landscapes   Since our inception in 2011, we’ve grown exponentially, and now employ a whole team of passionate landscaping professionals. We treat them like family.   As part of our team here’s what else you can expect:   * Full-time, permanent position working 45-55 hours per week (including snow removal work in the winter) * Monday to Friday schedule, starting at 6:45 am, with very limited weekend work * $17- $30 / hr. depending on experience + potential for bonuses * Overtime paid after 44 hours worked/week * Benefits after 3 months * Work clothes allowance * Growth opportunities – become a Lead Hand or Crew Leader We’re looking for a team player known for their dependability and excellent communication skills. If this sounds like you, then we want to meet you!   Qualifications   This is a labour-intensive, physical job which will require you to work outdoors often crouching, kneeling, walking and standing for long periods of time. In addition to being physically capable, the best candidate for this role will have had some previous experience working in a role involving physical labour, ideally outdoors.   Ideally you will have:   * Experience in a role involving physical labour * Experience operating tools/equipment such as chainsaws, jackhammers, levels, hammers, lawn-mowers, skid steers, etc.   * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.   And it would be a big plus if you have:   * Any experience working in landscaping or construction * Valid G driver’s license and ability to produce a clean driver’s abstract * Experience reading/interpreting blueprints and structural drawings   Above all, we’re looking for someone committed to showing up on time, working hard, and supporting their team to the best of their ability.   How to Apply    Our online application gives you the chance to apply as more than just a resume.
