Job Title: Team Leader/ Foreman Complete Landscape (Langley, BC)
Wage: $25$35/hour
Signing Bonus: $2,500 after 6 months
Location: Langley/Surrey, BC

What Youll Do
- Lead a small landscaping crew on commercial and strata maintenance sites
- Ensure safety protocols and uniforms are followed
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, quality, and customer service
- Complete daily site tasks efficiently and on schedule
- Provide training, support, and clear communication to team members
- Keep track of equipment, materials, and daily logs
- Participate in short daily check-in meetings and provide updates
- You show up on time, lead with integrity, and hold others accountable
- Youre motivated by results, not just hours
- You care about the details and doing the job right the first time
- Youre a team builder who can coach, support, and get the best out of others
- You thrive in an outdoor, fast-paced work environment
- You see landscaping as a craft, not just a job
- 2+ years landscaping experience (maintenance or install)
- Prior crew leadership experience is an asset
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Able to work outdoors in all conditions
- Strong communication and time management skills
- $2,500 signing bonus after 6 months
