Job Description
Rand Law LLP is seeking an associate to join our firm with an eye to partnership for the right individual. Established in 1900, we are a busy small firm practicing in the diverse areas of estate law, family law, criminal defence and civil law.While the areas of law in which we practice are varied, our focus is always on providing sound advice to our clients who are often dealing with challenging and difficult life events. Our firm has a long and established history of high-quality work, and a well-established reputation with the Bench and Bar. We are committed to high ethical standards. We encourage dispute resolution strategies where possible, while being prepared to advocate for our clients at all levels of court if need be.
Our estate law area is led by Lois MacLean, K.C. Andrew Wood practices in criminal law, family law and administrative law. Dylan Hanwell and Judy Ross focus their practices in estate litigation, family and civil law. Our lawyers have a mixture of seniority at the Bar.
We are seeking a lawyer who wants to grow a practice on their own terms in a collegial workplace with like-minded professionals. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.

Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
