This is a permanent position that is remote to start with later relocation to <strong>Toronto</strong>. Our client is a global enterprise company with a product that you've likely used. </p><p>You Have:</p><ul><li>5+ years in a senior or <strong>Design/UX</strong> leadership position</li><li>Experience making user-led decisions, and comfortable working with user insights e.g. from quantitative insights, data, ethnography. Prior experience in <strong>Research</strong> is a must-have.</li></ul><ul><li>Experienced in <strong>line management</strong> of 1-2 designers.
