Recruiter; Specialist in Architecture + Design
TalentHaus is currently working on a confidential Learning and Development opportunity with an award-winning architecture and design firm. This is your opportunity to design and lead the execution of the L+D framework, practice-wide. This role is available at either the Vancouver or Toronto location.
OUR CLIENT IS SEEKING:
- A ‘Connector;’ someone with a customer service orientation and a creative approach to L+D and problem-solving
- Someone agile who can work with different personalities and receive feedback in stride
- Ability to bring L+D under one umbrella
- Ability to build relationships and work with people remotely
- Ability to lean into design thinking
- 5+ years experience in a similar role ideally in an architecture, interior design, or construction industry
