<p>Sheriff Sole & Madej Inc.</p><p>Sheriff Sole & Madej Inc. are Licensed Insolvency Trustee's since 1998, located in Toronto, Ontario ensuring personalized customer service. Our office provides insolvency services for consumer clients.</p><p>We are currently searching for the following position:</p><p>Data Entry Administrator</p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Excellent organizational, attention to detail and time-management skills;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced environment with strong work ethic;</li><li>You have excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>You must be able to liaise well with staff and outside parties</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to prioritize workload;</li><li>Courteous, client focused and professional attitude;</li><li>You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>If you have a post-secondary education, it will be considered an asset but not a requirement</li><li>If you have previous Insolvency experience, it is considered an asset but not a requirement</li></ul><p>Duties</p><ul><li>Data Entry – preparation of legal sign- up documents</li><li>Follow up and liaise with debtors</li><li>Liaison with admin team re: outstanding issue on files</li><li>Day to day contact and issue resolution with debtors and creditors.</li><li>Preparing mailings to creditors.</li><li>Filing as necessary</li><li>Completing other duties assigned by Trustee or Senior Administrator.</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Pay: From $45,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Dental care</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>On-site parking</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision care</li><li>Work from home</li></ul><p>Ability to commute/relocate:</p><ul><li>North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>data entry: 1 year (preferred)</li></ul><p>Work Location: Hybrid remote in North York, ON</p>
