(Tress Lounge) Licensed Hair Stylist – Luxury Salon
Location: 2136 Kains Road, Units 6 & 7, London, Ontario
Company: Tress Lounge Canada
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Schedule: 6 Days per Week
Compensation:
- Senior Hair Stylists & Senior Barbers: 30–50% revenue sharing (negotiable)
- Junior Hair Stylists & Junior Barbers: $2,500/month + 15% on services (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments for all clients
- Offer mens grooming services, including fades, beard trims, and shaves (for Barbers)
- Conduct client consultations and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe workspace
- Promote and sell retail products to support client results and salon revenue
- Stay updated on trends, techniques, and industry innovations
- Support team collaboration and contribute to a positive salon culture
Qualifications
Senior Hair Stylists & Senior Barbers:
- Licensed hairstylist or barber with floor experience
- 3+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of client retention
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling
- Ability to mentor junior team members is an asset
Junior Hair Stylists & Junior Barbers:
- Passionate about hairstyling or barbering with a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
