Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell loan and protection products in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment
- Understand customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions
- Manage the entire sales process, both in person and virtually — from application to closing
- Build strong relationships and earn trust through excellent service
- Stay focused on individual and team sales goals
- Perform credit assessments, process payments, and manage overdue accounts
What You Bring
- High school diploma (post‑secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- A customer‑first mindset and a passion for delivering value
- Must be able to communicate in both French and English with our customers across Canada (40% in French and 60% in English)
