What’s the Job?
Summary
The main purpose of the Logistics Associate 1 is to perform a variety of warehouse tasks and duties under the direction of management.
Pay Rate: $19.25
6 Week Contract
Job Responsibilities
Includes but not limited to:
- Shipping: Box making, LTL sorting, loading (manual), void fill & packing
- Picking: Order induction
- Receiving: Manual unloading
- Value-Added Services: Kitting, labeling, postponement
- Facilities: General maintenance, trash removal
- Equipment: Pallet-jack, sit-down forklift
- Assembly: Kitting/production assembly, display build
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Team player, detail-oriented
- Ability to perform physically intensive labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for long periods)
- Comfortable in busy, noisy warehouse environment
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety standards
- Experience in manufacturing, transportation, or warehousing preferred but not required
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Little to no experience required
