MAC Desktop Support


We are looking for Mac Support immediately with experience in Mac OS. This role involves diagnosing and repairing various technical issues for MacOS, Windows OS, iOS, Android devices and providing expert advice to customers. The position offers a salary range of CAD $65,000 – $70,000 per annum, along with medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off.


Role Overview


Highly motivated Technician with excellent customer service skills, passionate about technology, responsible for diagnosing and repairing technical issues, and providing expert advice to customers.


Key Responsibilities



  • Diagnostic services for all MacOS, Windows OS, iOS and Android devices

  • Assist on conferencing room issues (Audio Visual Support)

  • Update virus definitions, scan for spyware

  • Update system and application drivers

  • Run battery diagnostics and report on disk drive status

  • Laptop services including re-image laptops (Windows and Mac)

  • Troubleshoot systems

  • Training & orientation of laptops, applications

  • Upgrade laptops (Windows and Mac), memory, and smart devices

  • User awareness services on any new service/application launched by Customer

  • Perform proactive health check of devices

  • Educate users on other support avenues (chat, self-service, etc.)

  • Provide awareness of any outage or maintenance window that may cause downtime

  • Communication (oral and written) in both Primary and Secondary Languages as assigned
