<h2>WeMovePeople is Hiring: Skilled Machine Operator near Winnipeg</h2> <p>Precision Sheet Metal Opportunity in Skilled Trades.</p> <p>WeMovePeople is looking for a skilled Machine Operator for a key manufacturing role near Winnipeg.</p> <h3>Key Role Details</h3><ul><li><p>What you do: Safely and accurately cut, trim, and punch sheet metal to specification.</p></li><li><p>Equipment: Operate hand tools and machinery including CNC, overhead cranes, grinders, and drill presses.</p></li><li><p>Core Tasks: Read and interpret drawings/specifications , perform quality checks , and complete preventative maintenance.</p></li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Up to 2 years' experience in manufacturing.</li><li><p>Blueprint reading experience and a mechanical aptitude.</p></li><li><p>Experience with CNC machine and Forklift operation is a strong asset.</p></li><li>Must be highly detail-oriented and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.</li></ul> <h3>Work Environment</h3><ul><li><p>Setting: Fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment with set quotas.</p></li><li><p>Schedule: May require shift work and overtime.</p></li><li>Safety: Strict adherence to safety; PPE is required.</li></ul> <br><p>We offer $21/hr for individuals with 1 yr of. experience.
