Position Summary...


The Manager, Facility Design supports the New Store Program by coordinating facility design activities associated with site transition and portfolio integration initiatives. The role focuses on applying established design standards and processes to support the conversion of existing facilities into operational stores. This position works cross functionally to ensure compliance with design standards, manages stakeholder relationships, and oversees project execution to meet business requirements and sustainability standards

What you'll do...


Responsible for the development, coordination, and communication of facility design documentation for the New Store Program. This position intakes business requirements and supports the development of site‑specific design solutions, ensuring each project is delivered successfully on schedule and budget. It involves execution, communication, and overall ownership of specifications for all store formats, ensuring alignment with design standards.

The role also involves managing stakeholder relationships, including internal teams and external consultants. Responsibilities include providing guidance on design guidelines, coordinating with cross functional teams, and supporting the execution of conceptual and detailed design for new store development. This position supports the identification of sites within the New Store Program, coordinates prototype‑aligned design solutions, and ensures compliance with sustainability and safety standards.

The role also supports project execution through coordination of BIM standards, fixture and equipment inputs, and vendor engagement to ensure design requirements are integrated into project schedules. Responsibilities include tracking design deliverables, monitoring design milestones, supporting change management, and maintaining accurate project documentation. Budget awareness, issue escalation, and process improvement are key aspects of supporting efficient and timely project delivery.

The pay range for this position is $91, $126, Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
