<h3>Your Opportunity</h3>
<p>Our Ottawa office seeks a Manager for the Financial Reporting & Insights team with responsibilities including:</p>
<ol>
<li>Supervising and completing work on working paper files, financial statements, and tax returns.</li>
<li>Providing technical and project management leadership for accounting engagements.</li>
<li>Training staff, reviewing work for quality assurance.</li>
<li>Prioritizing projects, managing budgets, and meeting deadlines.</li>
<li>Maintaining positive client relationships and exploring new business opportunities.</li>
<li>Participating in performance reviews and providing feedback.</li>
</ol>

<h3>Qualifications & Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>CPA designation completed.</li>
<li>3-4 years of experience with Notice to Readers, Assurance, tax, or compilations.</li>
<li>Bilingual in English and French.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and manage workload flexibly.</li>
<li>Proficiency in accounting software like Sage, QuickBooks, Caseware, Excel.</li>
