As part of our ongoing journey, Southlake Health is looking for a knowledgeable and strategic Manager, Pharmacy Clinical Services to join our Pharmacy Leadership Team. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, this role provides strategic oversight of clinical pharmacy services across inpatient areas and select outpatient clinics. This position will lead a team of clinical pharmacists and learners, ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence‑based, and cost‑effective care that meets Accreditation Canada and Ontario College of Pharmacists standards. As a collaborative leader, you’ll work closely with physician partners and clinical teams to drive service excellence, innovation, and quality improvement. This is an opportunity to shape the future of pharmacy services at Southlake by guiding vision and planning, developing staff, and contributing to cross‑organizational projects that enhance patient care.
