The Role:


We’re looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist to amplify our message, grow our online presence, and bring our brand to life across social media, digital ads, our website, and beyond. You’ll own our digital and traditional marketing assets-from campaign creation to vendor management. You’ll lead content development, manage external partners (e.g., billboards, printers, ad vendors), and run experiments to find the best ways to market Kindred to both clients and prospective staff in new regions.

What You’ll Do


  • Build and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Own copywriting and creative design for social posts, ads, emails, and print materials
  • Publish posts, monitor engagement, and respond with warmth across platforms
  • Keep our website (WordPress or Squarespace) updated and optimized for SEO
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, job ads)
  • Track performance and deliver insights via analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
  • Support email marketing, recruitment ads, and internal communications
  • Lead creation of event promotions-swag, signage, digital content-in partnership with our events lead
  • Develop region-specific campaign messaging and landing pages
  • Manage traditional marketing efforts-direct mail, billboards, vehicle wraps, and printed materials


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications or content strategy
  • A portfolio of engaging content and successful social campaigns
  • Strong writing and editing skills-your captions and emails convert
  • Skilled in content creation and campaign tools, including CMSs, marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, and design tools (InDesign, Canva)
  • An understanding and curiosity to continuously explore advancements in AI and its impact on marketing and advertising-we want to stay cutting edge, and you’ll help us do it.
  • A proactive, independent mindset-you ask questions, but you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Bonus if you’re bilingual (English/French), but not required
