Marketing Projects Coordinator
Job Description
We are a marketing & PR agency that specializes in website design & development, branding/identity services, search engine optimization (SEO), content management systems (CMS) integration, advertising campaigns, social media development, public relations, and more!
Our mission is to help clients grow their business by using the latest in marketing strategies and tools so they can focus on what they do best- running their company!
We're looking for a Marketing Projects Coordinator to play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of our projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their project management career who is ready to take ownership of day-to-day operations and client communications.
In this role, you will support and manage client accounts and deliverables to ensure everything is executed with precision. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, acting as the operational glue that keeps projects moving forward.
Position Responsibilities:
- Write Clear, Detailed Briefs: Turn client objectives and project requirements into thorough creative and campaign briefs that guide designers, developers, and media buyers.
- Act as the Communication Anchor: Be the main point of contact for clients; answering questions, sharing updates, and ensuring information moves cleanly and promptly between clients and internal teams.
- Keep Timelines on Track: Own project schedules by anticipating slowdowns, following up on deliverables, and making sure every moving part stays on course. You'll be the one keeping momentum high.
- Have Strong Digital Marketing Awareness: Understand TOF vs. BOF campaigns, Meta Ads Manager basics, Google Ads structure, landing page fundamentals, and conversion tracking concepts. You won't be executing; just speaking the language with confidence.
- Support Cross-Functional Collaboration: Move projects smoothly between strategy, creative, development, and media teams while preserving alignment, quality, and clarity.
- Think Ahead: Identify risks early, spot emerging opportunities, and communicate proactively. We're looking for someone who consistently stays one step ahead.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication: you can craft concise, clear briefs and break down complex marketing ideas for clients in straightforward language.
- Highly organized with natural project management ability: you instinctively build systems, manage details, and see tasks through from start to finish.
- Strong digital marketing foundation: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency, in-house, or similar) with practical exposure to paid ads, websites, CRM platforms, or content work.
- Proactive and confident: you don't wait for direction; you anticipate needs and move things forward independently.
- Eager to grow: you thrive in fast-moving environments and quickly pick up new tools, platforms, and ways of working.
Bonus Points:
- Experience developing creative or campaign briefs
- Comfort working with project management platforms (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc)
- Basic understanding of web development processes (WordPress, Webflow, CMS systems)
- Past experience collaborating with designers, developers, or media buyers
