As Event Support Staff, you’ll play a key role in ensuring guests have a seamless, memorable experience… and yes, you’ll be able to enjoy the concert from your station while you work!Location: Mississauga (near the intersection of Lakeshore & Dixie rd.)Date: Friday, February 14thTime: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PMPay: $19.50/hourBonus: These concerts run regularly. If the position is a good fit for you, you’ll very likely be offered additional upcoming shows.What You’ll Be Doing:Unloading a U-Haul (bins of battery-operated candles, merchandise, décor). Very light liftingSetting up stage décor (candles, music stands, banners, props)Assisting with merchandise table setup and sales supportUshering guests to their seats and providing directionsMaintaining the space between shows (tidying, light clean-up, candle repositioning)Monitoring guests during the performance and politely addressing disruptionsEnd-of-show teardown and reloading equipmentWhat We’re Looking For:Customer service experience is a must (event experience not required!)Friendly and professional demeanorComfortable interacting with guests in a polished, upscale environmentReliable and able to stay on your feet throughout the shiftWhat You Need:All-black outfit (black shirt, black pants, black shoes)Positive attitude and strong people skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity to work a classy, well-organized event, enjoy live music, and get your foot in the door for future concert shifts.
