What You Need to Succeed:


Professional Standing: You are a registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
Mobility: Ability to travel within the Ottawa area (valid driver’s license and insurance required).
Client Focused: You embrace person- and family-centered care with passion and empathy.
Critical Thinking: You exercise good judgment and critical thinking in client care decisions.
Collaborative & Independent: Known for your excellent communication skills, you thrive in both team settings and working independently.
Home Care Advocacy: You value the role of a therapist in enabling clients to remain at home when it aligns with their personal goals.

Your Responsibilities (In-Person or Virtual Delivery):


Assessment & Implementation: Provide OT interventions, including ADL/IADL strategies, equipment recommendations, and home modifications.
Team Collaboration: Use a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to care and services.
Holistic Care: Support a restorative approach to health, offering interventions, health coaching, and self-management support.
Digital Health: Utilize our digital platforms for care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention.
