We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations and support a dynamic team in a remote, nature-rich setting. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, a strong leadership presence, and a desire to be immersed in a unique lifestyle experience.
Experience working in a remote lodge setting is highly preferred. This is a hands-on job and not an office role.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and support department leads across all areas of the operation
- Ensure smooth, efficient daily workflows and top-tier guest experiences
- Actively engage in day-to-day tasks – this is not a desk job
- Manage logistics, supplies, and resources
- Uphold exceptional standards for service, safety, and cleanliness
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in operations management in hospitality or remote lodges
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
- A self-motivated, adaptable, and respectful team player
- Physically fit and ready for a hands-on role in a remote location
- Appreciation for nature, cultural diversity, and sustainable living
- Relevant education or certifications in hospitality/business preferred
