<p><b>Job Title : Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant </b></p><p><b>Location :Mississauga, Ontario Calgary, Alberta ( Onsite )</b></p><p><b>Job Type : Full-time </b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Strong Oracle Functional expertise and industry Experience Services organizations.</li><li>Must have implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle EBS R12.2.x suite of applications.</li><li>Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation and support experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite (Oracle Time & Labor, Payroll, Core HR) modules.</li><li>Strong experience and Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite of modules listed above.</li><li>Functional and Technical knowledge of Oracle Time and Labor and Integrations</li><li>Functional and Technical knowledge of Oracle Global Payroll and Integrations</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>At least 10+ years of experience with IT.</li><li>Functional and Technical knowledge of Oracle HR / Workday and Integrations</li><li>Functional and Technical knowledge of Benefit Interfaces</li><li>Functional and Technical knowledge of Oracle Absence and Interfaces</li><li>Knowledge on Payroll Interfaces - Oracle Global View / Celergo</li><li>Knowledge on Smart Recruiters Interfaces</li><li>Knowledge on Oracle Custom Reports</li><li>Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements, and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.</li><li>Good Knowledge about Oracle EBS R12.2.x strategy on handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and Reports with 3party applications.</li><li>Solid understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM) and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)</li><li>Identify functionality gaps and supporting the development of solutions for them.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, adapt in business interaction and understanding business applications.</li></ul>
