Job Responsibilities:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:
Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities within the construction and rental industry.
Utilize your knowledge of construction equipment and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client.
Drive revenue growth by closing sales and exceeding targets in a competitive market.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and delivery of exceptional service.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Proven Sales Experience: 2-3 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or rental industry.
Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of construction equipment, tools, and services.
Prospecting Skills: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and cold calling.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics) to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle and be willing to travel within the GTA and surrounding areas.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits.
