About the role As an experienced esthetician, you relish bringing beauty to people’s daily lives. Your primary goal is to have our customers leave Hand & Stone feeling relaxed, happy, and rejuvenated. You’ll greet our new and returning customers, consult with them on their desired treatment, and provide an excellent service that results in a smile they can’t wipe off their faces. Sales will also play a key part in your role here, as you’ll suggest other services and retail products as you see fit. We deliver a full range of esthetic services, including waxing, microdermabrasion, and other facial service upgrades. Besides an aptitude for all things beauty, you’ll need to bring a positive and collaborative attitude to work. You’ll be a great fit for this role if you’re: Meticulous: you’re great with details and provide top-notch services to our customers. Talented: naturally, you’re an expert in all things esthetically related. Whether it comes to facials or waxing – you’re everyone’s go to person. A natural salesperson: you enjoy encouraging people to pamper themselves, and have no problem promoting and suggesting other services and retail products as you see fit. A strong communicator – you’re great with people. You communicate your suggestions effectively while listening to others.   Working @ Hand & Stone This is a part-time position with variable hours 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday working out of both our Richmond Hill and Woodbridge locations, on-call. Starting wage here is $14.00 plus commission based on service type, We also offer group benefits, employee discounts, and employee incentives. Desired Qualifications: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Experience in customer service, preferably in a salon or spa  * Experience in sales would be a great asset * Experienced as an esthetician * Esthetic diploma * Microdermabrasion or LED experience an asset How to Apply   Our online application will ask you to apply to this role as a complete person - not just a resume.
