Part-Time Visual Merchandiser/ Sales Associate

Location: Saskatoon - Midtown Mall

Job Type: In-person

Schedule: Weekdays 9:30am-5:30pm, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Browns Shoes is looking for a passionate and dedicated Visual Merchandiser/Sales Associate to join our Saskatoon team!

Role Overview:

As a Visual Merchandiser/ Sales Associate at Browns, you will bring the brand’s visual identity to life through strategic product placement and in-store presentation. You will also build strong client relationships and deliver personalized product recommendations to drive sales.

What you’ll do:

Visual Merchandising Tasks

• Merchandising products in alignment with brand visual guidelines and seasonal directives.
• Conducting grid verifications to ensure floor fixtures and layouts adhere to visual standards.
• Replenishing displays to maintain full, appealing presentations that drive product engagement.
• Maintaining a clean, polished, and inviting store environment through regular display upkeep and window maintenance.
• Overseeing the condition and organization of visual supplies and signage.
• Strategically featuring bestsellers on sale racks to maximize visibility and boost sales.
• Assist store openings setups by preparing visual elements for an impactful and brand-aligned launches

Sales Associate Tasks:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations
• Educate clients on products and shoe care
• Build strong client relationships to drive sales and exceed targets

• Passion for fashion, people who deliver great customer experiences

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistency with visual standard across all departments
• Creative at creating eye-catching displays that reflect the brand and regularly introduce new ideas.
• Comfortable in performing physical tasks such as lifting, reboxing shoes, adjusting visual displays, and working on their feet throughout the day

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high energy
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results
