Parts & Service Coordinator
Location: Surrey, BC (On-Site)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary:$50,000–$70,000/year (based on experience), with potential OTE up to $80,000/year including commissions
About the Role:
Join our team as a Parts & Service Coordinator in a fast-growing HVAC business. You'll become the go-to expert for parts, coordinating service, handling warranties, and troubleshooting with customers, contractors, and suppliers. What You'll Do:
- Manage incoming requests for quotations (RFQs) and provide accurate parts quotes.
- Source, order, ship, and track aftermarket parts while maintaining inventory.
- Lead technical troubleshooting, warranty claims, and RMAs.
- Collaborate with project estimators and service techs to deliver exceptional pre- and post-sale support.
- Identify upselling opportunities and promote non-exclusive parts products.
- Stay updated on product lines and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist with equipment quotations, logistics, and internal sales meetings.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of customer-facing or B2B experience (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, industrial equipment, or automotive parts).
- Technical knowledge of hydronic heating, steam systems, or venting equipment (asset).
- Proficiency with CRM and QuickBooks (or similar platforms).
- Logistics or inventory management experience (asset).
- Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and ability to travel locally (~1 visit/week).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field (preferred).
