What will you do:
· Assist retail, wholesale, and online customer requests.
· Assist Technicians in attaining proper parts for repairs.
· Handle incoming orders.
· Maintain cleanliness.
For this role, come equipped with:
· Customer service experience and a positive approach to facilitating outstanding customer experience.
· Excellent communication skills.
· The ability to work in a dynamic environment.
· The ability to provide the best customer service in the highly competitive automotive field.
· Organization and prioritization skills.
· Computer literacy.
