We are looking for a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our office (approx. 4 - 5 days per week). The successful applicant must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, caring and a compassionate individual to connect with parents and patients and interested in pursuing a career in the dental field. It is also important that this person possesses a positive attitude with professional commitment and is friendly and out-going in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Greeting patients and parents
- Seating patients
- Setting up ops
- Cleaning/Disinfecting and preparing ops in between patients
- Setting up instruments for the clinical team
- Assisting with sterilizing instruments
- Helping the RDA with set up and care of the patient
- Dismissing patients
- Assisting with taking inventory of supplies
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma
- Must be computer proficient and able to learn new software easily
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to work during applicable business hours
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work well with children of all ages
- English proficient in speaking and writing
- Excellent customer care skills in person
- Excellent presentation and professionalism
