You as a People & Culture Coordinator (HR) will:
Handle all administrative tasks related to the full employee life cycle including but not limited to onboarding, new hire orientation, offer letters, employee change letter, promotions, resignations, etc. in a professional and accurate manner.
Be a reliable point of contact for employees inquiries, utilizing internal resources to help find answers and provide follow ups.
Deliver full recruitment services including but not limited to front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, attending career fairs, and prescreen/interviews.
Oversee the portfolio’s co-op program while building external relationships to source top talent.
Ensure a positive employee experience is delivered by collectively supporting the needs of employees and the business.
Accurately maintain all employee data through the use of the current HRIS (UltiPro).
Other duties as assigned.
Is this the right role for you?
You have a College or University degree in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 1-2 years human resources experience at a coordinator/administrator level.
You thrive on delivering a positive employee experience by collectively supporting the needs of employees and the business.
You have effective oral and written communication skills as well as a proven ability to work within a high paced environment.
