Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Etobicoke, Ontario, for a Plant Manager. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant operations, ensuring production efficiency, maintaining high standards of quality control, and adhering to food safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating production planning, supervising manufacturing operations, and collaborating with teams to meet organizational goals. The Plant Manager will also ensure compliance with BRC standards and oversee process improvements to optimize operational productivity.
