<p> Brandt is looking for a strategic, people-focused <b> Sales Manager </b> to lead our Positioning Technology Division across Saskatchewan and Manitoba. <p> If you’re passionate about <b> surveying, geomatics, GPS/positioning technologies, construction tech, engineering/GIS tools </b> , and high-performance sales leadership—this is a career-defining opportunity. </p><p></p><p><b> Duties & Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li> Management and development of all employees in the Positioning Technology Division with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers and employees </li><li> Achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets. Included but not limited to new and used Positioning Technology inventory </li><li> Providing input of inventory requirements to achieve market penetration goals </li><li> Achieving market penetration goals as set by the company </li><li> Develop new business for the Positioning Technology division </li><li> Providing feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures </li><li> Assisting in the management of account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services and VP of Operations </li></ul><p></p><p><b> What You’ll Lead: </b></p><p>✔ Management & development of a skilled sales team </p><p>✔ Growth of our innovative Construction, Survey, GIS & Ag Positioning Technology portfolio </p><p>✔ Market expansion, business development & competitive strategy </p><p>✔ Asset management for new and used positioning technology </p><p>✔ Collaboration with operations, tech teams & finance to drive profitability </p><p></p><p><b> What You Bring: </b></p><p> 5+ years of progressive leadership/management experience </p><p> Knowledge of GPS, total stations, networks, mapping, leveling, surveying, or geomatics </p><p> Strong communication, negotiation & conflict-resolution skills </p><p> Ability to present complex technologies clearly </p><p> Business acumen across financial and technology management </p><p></p><p> If you’re a sales leader who thrives in a fast-growing technology environment—and want to shape the future of positioning technology—let’s connect!</p><p></p>
