Clinic Therapy, a physiotherapy and registered massage therapy clinic is looking for two in person front desk receptionists and an assistant manager, applications for a general manager are also welcome, we are a team of 22 registered massage therapy / physio practitioners and 5 front desk / management personnel (no more than 7 people are present at any given shift).

Part-time and full-time candidates are welcome, we are open every day except on major holidays.

Work with a very friendly team and a patient and understanding boss, you will always be treated well and respectfully.

Languages:

Must be fluent in English
Knowing Mandarin is a big plus but it is optional
Knowing Cantonese is a plus, but optional

Your duties will be
• answering phones and emails (phone is provided).
• booking clients, rescheduling appointments
• billing clients through our credit card machine and other administrative duties
• keeping the workplace and the clinic clean, organized and maintained
• taking care of laundry which consists of massage table sheets (we have everything needed inside the clinic)

• helping with day to day tasks of running a physiotherapy / registered massage therapy clinic


Applicants must:
• Must already know the most basic computer skills, such as how to copy and paste text and send an email.

• Friendly and happy to greet customers! Smiling is a big plus!
• Very punctual and reliable (cannot be late, must always arrive on time as you will be the one opening the clinic)
• Detail-oriented (being a perfectionist is a big plus). Being good at organizing and cleaning is a big plus.

 

We are looking for someone who is mature and stable (your actual age does not matter).

Only long term candidates will be considered who are planning to stay for at least 1+ year.

Starting at $17.85 /hour - $27/hour. Compensation will be reassessed after 1-3 months. Optional opportunity to increase compensation up to $24/hour - $35/hour with demonstrated ability to take on more responsibilities and transitioning into management.

Experience

No previous experience needed, but having worked as a receptionist at a physio / RMT / acupuncture / chiropractic / medical clinic is a plus. A good attitude is much more important than any experience. However any type of customer service experience and any work requiring computer knowledge is a big bonus.

Food court - we are located inside Pacific Plaza, we have two food courts within 1 minute walking distance and Aberdeen shopping centre is about 7 - 9 minutes away on foot.

We also have a staff room with a microwave and a fridge.

Start Date: As soon as possible is preferred, but can also be within the next 6 months

 

Benefits:

We will cover up to part of the cost of massages at our clinic.

You will have an option to get unlimited free massages from Registered Massage Therapy schools (in exchange we will expect you to try to recruit the therapists to our clinic)

This job is in person only. No opportunity to work remotely.
