CA$53.00/yr - CA$60.00/yr

We are looking for candidates with strong technical expertise to fill this role. Below are the details of the position:

Job Title: Process analyst

Mode of Job: Hybrid

Locations: Toronto ON

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Process Consultant in process consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, process design, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, along with the ability to run workshops, write clear procedures, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Analyze current (“As-Is”) process models, compare them to future (“To-Be”) designs, and identify changes required to achieve the improved state.
• Design optimized business processes (“To-Be”) and manage subsequent updates or enhancements.
• Identify, document, and analyze business rules governing process implementation.
• Execute and test processes to validate outcomes and ensure accuracy.
• Examine processes holistically to assess the impact of changes on people, strategy, systems, and business operations.
• Collect and evaluate feedback on process performance to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and measure process effectiveness using data-driven approaches.
• Perform detailed analysis to detect inefficiencies within workflows.
• Utilize spreadsheet software, flow-charting tools, and other process analysis tools to support projects.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in process consulting (business-focused).
• Strong leadership skills with some experience facilitating workshops.
• Proven ability to write clear and structured procedures.
• Proficiency in process mapping as a method to visualize and improve workflows.
• Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret information from customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of business process analysis methods and strategies to help clients achieve organizational goals.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio (or similar).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
