<br>Job Summary:<ul><li>Process & receive Hyundai and Kia dealer orders.</li><li>Package repaired radio/navigation systems.</li><li>Monitor finished goods and packaging material inventory levels.</li><li>Ensure inventory levels are sufficient to fill dealer orders.</li><li>Overlook system requirements and gather inventory data as needed.</li><li>Ensure that all dealer orders are filled daily to avoid backorders and improve customer satisfaction.</li><li>Provide technical support to dealers who need assistance with system related issues.</li><li>Monitor daily backorder status.</li><li>Inspect freight for accuracy and/or damage.</li><li>Report any damage and quantity discrepancies to Manager.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
<br>Required Competencies:<ul><li>Minimum 4 years' experience in receipt, storage and distribution of merchandise.</li><li>Forklift truck, stock chaser, pallet jack experience is a plus.</li><li>High school education required.</li><li>Ability to operate forklift truck, stock chaser and pallet jack.</li><li>Proficient MS Office skills. (Intermediate, Intermediate-Advanced)</li><li>Ability to learn quickly with minimal training.</li><li>Must be able to work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Must be able to follow verbal and written instruction.</li><li>Demonstrate transparency, consistency and efficiency.</li></ul>
