<h3>The Opportunity:</h3>
<p>The Product Owner leads the enhancement of our core applications in alignment with Sentrex’s strategy and goals. You will work closely with business and development teams to execute and deliver key development priorities.</p>
<p>Being data‑driven, user‑centric, and managing multiple priorities across a line of business are required for success. The product owner’s goal is to deliver applications that help patients and physicians get access to care and support for specialty medications.</p>
<p>As Product Owner, you will be integral in creating solutions that connect our ecosystem and differentiate Sentrex from the competition. The Product Owner will be accountable for executing the product development lifecycle from ideation through prioritization, discovery, development, training, and launch.</p>
<h3>A Day in the Life (What you will do here):</h3>
<ul>
<li>Prioritize the backlog to meet the needs of the business</li>
<li>Convert business requirements into user stories then work with software developers to ensure they are clear on what is expected</li>
<li>Participate in all Agile sprint ceremonies including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.</li>
<li>Triage and document feature enhancement requests</li>
<li>Liaise with internal partners to identify, define, and document product requirements, objectives, and scope</li>
<li>Work with cross‑functional teams to improve process efficiencies through product enhancements</li>
<li>Coordinate the development of training materials and support change management initiatives.</li>
<li>Promote and advocate user adoption of the product features and workflows.</li>
<li>Ensure Salesforce Platform Governance, adherence to Salesforce best practices, data integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations.</li>
<li>Collaborate on Integration Oversight for integrations between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., specialty pharmacy platforms).</li>
<li>Define KPIs and reporting requirements for patient and physician programs to ensure Data Quality & Reporting.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Salesforce consultants or third‑party vendors for enhancements and support.</li>
<li>Oversee sandbox testing, UAT, and production deployments for Salesforce updates.</li>
<li>Ensure solutions meet Regulatory and other healthcare data privacy standards.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What you need to ensure you are set up for success:</h3>
<ul>
<li>3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a software development environment</li>
<li>Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, ideally with Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, or similar healthcare‑focused CRM platforms.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum, including backlog management, writing user stories, and participating in sprint ceremonies</li>
<li>Strong ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams</li>
<li>Proven experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders (operations, IT, training, etc.)</li>
<li>Analytical and data‑driven mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and measure product success</li>
<li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment</li>
<li>Demonstrated user‑centric approach to product design and problem‑solving</li>
<li>Experience with product release planning, training coordination, and adoption support</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to advocate for product vision, value, and outcomes</li>
