If you are as serious about your work as you are about <strong>enjoying the people you work with</strong>, we want to hear from you!</p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>Coordinate the scheduling of First Onsite construction staff devise plans of action and assess those plans regularly in conjunction with Construction Manager to ensure jobs are completed on schedule</p><ul><li>Provide Project Managers with a schedule and timeline for job completion</li><li>Stay in constant communication with First Onsite staff and clients; adjust schedules as required with information received from the field</li><li>Assign staff to job tasks based on skillset</li><li>Work closely with the construction manager to ensure that the field staff have the tools and materials required to complete a task</li><li>Verify job information and access</li><li>Provide a work order and specification for all scheduled staff</li><li>Respond to email communication in a timely manner</li><li>Data entry as required</li><li>The Production Coordinator must be professional at all times in verbal and written communications</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>College Diploma or certification; or a combination of relevant training courses in related fields and relevant experience may be acceptable in lieu of the academic requirements</li><li>Minimum of 3-year experience in Administrative or office environment</li><li>Experience in the insurance and/or restoration industry an asset</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Ability to work under stress</li><li>Problem-solving</li><li>Able to schedule 20+ people on a daily basis</li><li>Ability to adapt to changes</li><li>Professional manners and communication through emails and phone</li><li>Responsibility in tracking customers keys and private information</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Computer skills required- Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li></ul><p><strong>ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?</strong></p><p>If you feel that you would be right for this position, please fill out our initial <strong>3-minute, mobile-friendly application</strong> so that we can review your information.
