<p>Job Description Job DescriptionIndustrial Production Worker Location: Chilliwack, BC Wage: $21/hr + $1 premium for afternoon Shift: Monday-Thursday (10 hour shifts) *Reliable transportation is required to be considered for this position* Job Description Join our team as a Production Worker at our manufacturing facility, where you will play a key role in the assembling process our products. Our company has a variety of departments and offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment with opportunities for career advancement. Responsibilities Work alongside another builder on the assembly line. Operate hand tools and power tools to ensure components are securely put together. Perform repetitive lifting and packaging tasks to prepare for shipment. Maintain a fast-paced workflow while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Essential Skills 6+ months of general labor, construction, or production experience, including repetitive task management. Experience using a tape measure and working with saws or hand and power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation to the work site. Additional Skills & Qualifications Machine operating experience is an asset. Knowledge of equipment and basic troubleshooting skills. Mechanically inclined. Work Environment The work environment consists of a custom wood manufacturing facility with approximately 80-100 employees, including 60 assemblers and production workers. The dress code requires long pants, long sleeve shirts, and safety gear, all of which are provided. The morning shift runs from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with mandatory overtime every second Friday. The afternoon shift is from Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, also with mandatory overtime every second Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Full-Time position in Chilliwack, British Columbia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Chilliwack,BC.
