Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be supporting theOperationsteam byoverseeing the <span >planning,coordinationand</span> executions of HVAC projects from initiation through completion.</p><p><br /></p><p>What You&#39;ll Be Doing</p><ul><li>Develop and manage detailed project schedules to ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and organize all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility throughout the project life cycle.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare,submit, and track submittal packagesin accordance withproject specifications and timelines.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate order entry and processing, including tracking purchase orders, sales totals, and shipment schedules.</li></ul><ul><li>Arrange <span >andmonitordeliveries</span> in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, <span >andlogisticspartners</span> to <span >ensuretimelyfulfillment.</span></li></ul><ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact with contractors to support project delivery, verify equipment details, confirm bill of sale, and communicate delivery requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with the Sales team and Regional Sales Manager to coordinate project efforts andmaintainclear, consistent communication.</li></ul><ul><li>Utilize ERP software <span >tomaintainaccurateproject</span> financials, including budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.</li></ul><ul><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives <span >byidentifyingopportunities</span> to streamline project coordination and documentation processes</li></ul><ul><li>Other responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What You Bring</p><ul><li>Post <span >secondaryeducation(degree</span> or diploma) inProject Management, Business, orrelated fields.<br /></li></ul><ul><li>A minimum ofone-two(1-2)years experience in projectmanagement<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Strong computer skills, withproficiencyin Microsoft Office; experience with an ERP is considered an asset.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.</li></ul><ul><li>The ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Comfortability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple and strict deadlines.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Accessibility Commitment</p><p>At ODell HVAC Group,wereall about building a workplace where everyone can <span >thrive.Werecommitted</span> to fostering an inclusive, accessible environment in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).</p><p></p><p>If you need accommodations during the hiring process or on the job, please contact us.
